Who do I need to talk to to clear this up? 이 문제는 누구와 통화하면 되죠?

누구와 통화할지 모를 때는 "Who do I need to talk to?"라고 한다. Clear up은 '해결하다' 라는 뜻이며, "(∼부서에 있는) A 좀 바꿔 주시겠어요?"라고 하려면 "Could you put me through to A?" "Could I speak to A in the ∼ department?" 또는 간단히 "I'd like to speak to A."라고 하면 된다.
